D.M. Wenceslao Opens its Flagship Project Parqal in Aseana City

Paranaque City, Philippines, September 30, 2023 – D.M. Wenceslao & Associates, Inc. (DMWAI) is set to open its flagship project in Aseana City – the over 70,000sqm GLA Parqal, opens on  September 30, 2023. The opening of Parqal will bring DMWAI’s total building leasing space to 232,499sqms, 43% higher than its 162,351sqms leasing space in December 2022.

‘Parqal’, a wordplay from ‘park’ and ‘kalye’, aptly embodies Aseana City’s tenets of livability, walkability, and sustainability. 60% of its total area is dedicated to lush green landscapes and recreational facilities.
